Lee Adby recently refurbished a flat that the church at Free Grace Baptist had been renting out for several years. Following the previous tenants vacating the flat it was in a very shabby and dirty condition.
It consists of two reception rooms, hallway, bathroom/wc and kitchen at first floor level and two bedrooms at 2nd floor level. Following a survey with Lee it was decided that that he would line one of the walls of front second floor bedroom with insulated studwork and replace the bathroom fittings, toilet and taps.
The majority of the flat was lined with anaglyptic paper which just needed painting. He carried out all the work very efficiently and well within our estimated costs. The plumbing work and studwork were well done and the quality of painting was first Class. The new tenants are thrilled with the flat.
